  The Automatic 3-Layer Co-Extrusion PE Bubble Film Machine is a high-performance cast film extrusion line designed and manufactured by Zhejiang Pinbo Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. (Brand: PYM). This advanced production line is specifically engineered for producing high-quality polyethylene air bubble film from LDPE, LLDPE, and recycled PE materials.

  The machine features a 30:1 L/D ratio screw that ensures excellent melting and mixing, making it ideal for processing post-consumer PP and PE scraps into high-quality, clean pellets. Equipped with a 50kW main motor and heavy-duty gearbox, it provides stable, powerful torque to handle both rigid lumps and dense film waste without jamming.

  The screw and barrel are manufactured from premium 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel with a surface hardness of HV900-1000. This ensures extreme wear resistance and a long service life for continuous 24/7 operations. For highly abrasive materials, we recommend upgrading to our Bimetallic screw option, which extends the screw lifespan by up to 40%.

  With a total weight of 10,000kg and a reinforced steel chassis, the machine absorbs all vibration during high-speed operation, ensuring stable extrusion and consistent pellet quality. We offer comprehensive customization services: voltage, screw design, discharge opening, and machine color can be adjusted to perfectly match your factory and material requirements.

  The standard machine footprint is approximately 6 meters long and 2 meters wide (excluding the optional feeding conveyor). We offer customized lengths based on your workshop space. The stable output is approximately 200 kg/h to 350 kg/h depending on the density and moisture level of your recycled scrap.
