We have many computer-control CNC milling machines with the length 8000mm in Fanuk series, 18000mm length deep hole drilling machine, and other advanced equipments. All the process is done by ourself, including nitrding treatment. We do nitriding treatment for 7 days and nights, which ensure the hardness and lifetime of screw barrel a lot.
