Model 150-150 PP & PE Block Material Extrusion Pelletizing Line is a two-stage extrusion recycling system developed for plastic recycling industry, designed for reprocessing polypropylene and polyethylene block waste, including PP & PE runner blocks, sheet scraps, agglomerated waste and thick-wall plastic trimmings. The model number 150mm stands for screw diameter. With two-stage structure: primary pre-plasticization and secondary precise extrusion, it solves typical difficulties of block waste such as unstable feeding and uneven melting. Raw material pre-crushing is unnecessary; large blocks can be fed directly to simplify workflow and cut labor, energy and auxiliary equipment investment.

The complete line includes forced feeder, first-stage extruder, second-stage extruder, zoned temperature control system, die head assembly, underwater pelletizing unit, dewatering & air-drying system and PLC control panel. The core wear-resistant alloy screw and barrel adopt optimized thread structure for PP & PE melting performance, featuring outstanding wear and corrosion resistance for long-term processing of contaminated recycled waste. Two-stage extrusion realizes sufficient and homogenized melting, minimizing common defects like bubbles, color difference and un-melted materials. The final recycled pellets maintain consistent quality to meet the raw material requirements of downstream plastic manufacturing.

Reinforced forced feeding structure effectively prevents slipping and bridging of lightweight bulk plastics. Widened feeding inlet ensures steady feeding of irregular PP & PE blocks, supporting 24-hour continuous production. Independent multi-section temperature controllers realize precise temperature adjustment. Operators can modify parameters according to raw material conditions to avoid thermal degradation and stabilize pellet quality.

Standard underwater pelletizing technology cools extruded pellets rapidly by circulating water. Matched dewatering and air-drying equipment lowers pellet moisture content and prevents storage caking without extra drying process. PLC touch screen control visualizes all operating parameters for easy operation. Built-in safety mechanisms including overload protection, over-temperature alarm and blockage auto-stop protect screws and gearboxes and reduce maintenance costs.

High-load precision gearbox ensures high transmission efficiency, low vibration and low noise with good energy-saving performance during mass production. Thickened steel welded frame offers stable anti-deformation performance, suitable for tough recycling workshop conditions. Modular design enables quick disassembly of screws, die heads and screens, saving much time for cleaning and routine maintenance.
