Ruian yumin machine screw co., ltd is a factory specialized in making screw barrel in various materails, filter, t die, gearbox, and extruder machine. We are largest one in Ruian city who supply main parts to machine- maker with the history over 24 years. Our workshops cover lands over5.000 cube meters. We have two factories in Ruian, with 4workshops.
We have many computer-control CNC milling machines with the length 8000mm in Fanuk series, 18000mm length deep hole drilling machine, and other advanced equipments. All the process is done by ourself, including nitrding treatment. We do nitriding treatment for 7 days and nights, which ensure the hardness and lifetime of screw barrel a lot. Meanwhile, our factory and products are passed the assessment by SGS company, and Bureau of Veritas, TUV, and CE certificate.
